This stage also allows for the application of chemical finishes tailored to customer requirements, such as softeners, flame-retardant (FR) treatments, antibacterial finishes, or hydrophobic and stain-repellent coatings. All finishing processes are carried out in-house, ensuring full quality control and maximum production flexibility.
We offer a wide range of lamination options, including PU lamination for waterproof mattress fabrics, as well as needle punch and non-woven lamination. All processes are handled in-house, allowing us to maintain high quality standards and adapt quickly to specific customer needs in comfort, protection, and functionality.
