Knitting
Our circular knitting department is equipped with 113 high-efficiency machines, producing up to 40,000 linear meters of knitted mattress fabric per day. We specialize in both single and double knit qualities, offering flexibility in texture, elasticity, and design. The entire production process is managed in-house, allowing us to maintain consistent quality and short lead times across all orders.
We work with a wide variety of yarns including polyester (PES), viscose, cotton, bamboo, and blends, to create fabrics that meet the functional and aesthetic needs of the mattress industry. Customers can choose from our standard color cards, while fully customized color solutions are available upon request, enabling complete alignment with product lines or brand identity.
